Lauren, Jaylynn, Nikki and I somehow ended up playing together today. We tried to learn two songs First The Call by Regina Spektor and You’d Think by Lauren.
So we had Lauren and I playing guitar and both jay and nikki playing bass…
Give them a listen they sound promising.
The recording did’t come out to good. Too much guitars. But it’s just a rough cut so I wouldn’t forget how it goes.

Lauren, I just ordered a strap for my new guitar and ordered you a package of thin guitar picks. I got jay some yellow dunlop picks also.

I don’t think you can hurt the finish on that (your) guitar.
I wrote out the bass tab. The first verse will be just lauren’s vocal and my guitar. The pre-chours will bring in bass, chorus adds some drums. Then lauren’s guitar comes in on second verse.

Well sure would have been nice with drums but we rewrote one of laurels songs… and when I say “we” I mean lauren said you come up with the rhythm and I said well then you write another verse.
Then we recorded it then again and again and again and again and well should be on youtube any minute now.
Could still use some drums.
